I ordered 2 pothos in growers pots. I had two beautiful pots to put them in and now they are happily enjoying my apartment. I like that they are actually the size I paid for. If the delivery people had agreed to bring the plants to my apartment, I would have ordered more plants, but since I had to carry them myself I just ordered two. I would have liked a little more communication as well, such as a text “We are bringing your plants now”. All in all, very happy and will likely order more plants with pots, as I don’t have any more pots.

Usually we do deliver orders directly to the apartment but sometimes doorman buildings do not allow us to go up - unless the resident has notified the doorman.
Order and delivery confirmations are send out automatically.
If you do not see our conformations in your inbox after the order was placed, please check the spam/junk folder.
If there are ever any issues with delivering an order within the selected by customer time frame, the team will call to notify the recipient and coordinate the delivery.
