Where we Deliver
We deliver to the Five Boroughs (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, Staten Island), and select cities in New Jersey (Jersey City, Edgewater, Weehawken, West New York, Guttenberg, Hoboken, Fort Lee).
Place your order before 12pm EST on a weekday and get it the next day.

Note: For large orders, order a few days in advance to ensure availability. For Monday delivery, please place order by 12pm EST on Friday. Before major holidays, please order 5 days in advance to ensure availability.
For our white glove delivery service, we charge the following fee for your entire order, based on your location:

Potted Plants Returns
Before you buy a plant from us please note:
Plants are living things, so we cannot 100% guarantee any plant will thrive in your space.
We work hard to choose the healthiest plants and give you everything you need to succeed — including detailed care instructions.
But once the plant is delivered to you, we cannot be responsible for its behavior. If you see any signs of distress, please contact us right away, so we can help you.
Above all, make sure you’re ready for plant parenthood. Your plant relies on you to give it healthy living conditions. We’re here to help — and provide answers to your questions — but, at the end of the day, you’re the plant’s guardian. And your plant can’t survive without your love and care.

The Our Fault Guarantee
While you are responsible for your plant, if it arrives damaged in anyway, we will of course replace it free of charge. We ask that you contact us quickly (within 24 hours), so we can get you your new plant right away.

The 7-Day Trial Period
If you decide the plant you have chosen isn’t right, no problem. Contact us in the first 7 days to schedule a pickup with us. We only ask a $40 restocking fee per plant to partially offset our cost. Refund will be issued once plants are returned to us. We do not refund original delivery charges.
Note: we’re always here to help you when choosing a plant, so you can feel confident in your purchase from the outset. Contact us to make sure you’re choosing the best plant for your space.
REPLACEMENTS & EXCHANGES
Anytime after your 7-day trial period, you can exchange your plant for a different one. (If you do your best but your plant doesn’t make it, you can also replace your plant and keep your existing planter.)
We’ll bring the new plant for your existing planter, pick up the old plant, and give you 40% off the new plant of your choice.
Delivery, pick up fees, and sales tax (if in New York) will apply. Fees vary depending on your location. (Contact us if you have any questions.)

Canceling Your Order
Cancel your order before your delivery date to get a full refund. (If you cancel on the day of delivery, we’ll give you a refund minus a $40 restocking fee per plant.)

Rarely, substitutions of plants are necessary due to weather limitations or stock availability. In these rare circumstances, we’ll contact you to find an appropriate alternative that is of equal or higher value.

Planters may be returned up to 30 days from date of purchase.
Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns of used items will not be accepted.
