NOTE: Care instructions are just a guide lines. Each plant will behave differently depending on an air flow, temperature, and light exposure.
If the order is canceled by the customer 3 days before the delivery date, customer will get a full refund. If the order is canceled by the customer 2 days before the delivery date, customer will get refund of 50% of the total amount. All other order cancellations are non refundable.
My City Plants is unable to cancel or change orders already in process, en route or delivered. Orders are processed immediately, and usually, cannot be changed. If you need to change an order that is not scheduled for 3rd delivery please contact us with your original order number.
Rarely, substitutions of plant or pots are necessary due to temporary weather and stock availability issues. If this is the case with the plant or planter you’ve selected, My City Plants will contact you and ensure that the style and color scheme of your choice is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
