Delivery days & time: Tuesdays, Thursdays between 7 am and 6 pm; Saturdays between 7 am and 3 pm.

Plant orders must be placed at least 2 business days prior.

Rarely, requested delivery date needs to be changed due to stock availability or temporary weather conditions. In this case, we will contact you to re-schedule the delivery.

To make sure to keep you and our delivery team safe, we will not deliver plants inside of your apartment/office.

All deliveries will be left at the lobby with the doorman or at the delivery designated area in your building.

How self-watering pots work?

Fill up water reservoir. Your plant will drink as much water as it needs.

1. Planter has a water reservoir.
2. Water level indicator shows if the water reservoir is full or empty.
3. Water reservoir separated from the soil.
4. Special subtract at the bottom of the liner provides drainage, absorbs water, and slowly releases it to the soil.
5. Plant is in total control of water intake. Plant roots slowly absorb as much water as they need.
6. Reservoir provides enough water supply for 2 - 8 weeks, depending on planter size.

How to water plants in Lechuza pots

For the first 12 weeks after receiving your potted plant in Lechuza self-watering planter water the plant as you normally would, pouring water onto it from above. Once the growing-in phase is complete and plants roots have acclimated after repotting, you can start using self-watering feature.
