Very glad I have this item. I want to water a lot of my plants based on the top soil, but this tells me the bottom is still pretty wet. It has saved a few plants lol

Having ordered a plant 2 years ago, I thought getting one for my boss would be a great gift. The plant was beautiful- but it was delivered an hour before the window when nobody was at the office to receive it. An experience miss for a great plant.

We have reached out to the delivery team to get more information about this delivery.
The team has contacted the recipient an hour prior the delivery (8am) to find out if the delivery should be made via the freight or front entrance, what are the building delivery rules (commercial building) and the recipient's preferences.
The team has followed all the instructions received from the recipient.
The delivery was done at 9 am but, unfortunately, the recipient was not in the office at this time.
We have asked the team to try to coordinate the deliveries better going forward!
