Replacement Request

  • If your plant(s) or planter(s) arrive damaged, we will replace it free of charge. Notify us within the first 24 hours via the replacement request form, and we will send a replacement asap.
  • After seven days period, we offer full replacement service for an existing planter(s) ONLY.

    Replacement Service: Purchase of a new plant + pickup fee + repotting service fee (labor/materials) + delivery fee + sales tax (if in New York). Fees vary depending on a location and plant size.
