Replacement Request

If your plant(s) or planter(s) arrive damaged, we will replace it free of charge. Notify us within the first 24 hours via the replacement request form, and we will send a replacement asap.
After seven days period, we offer full replacement service for an existing planter(s) ONLY.
Replacement Service: Purchase of a new plant + pickup fee + repotting service fee (labor/materials) + delivery fee + sales tax (if in New York). Fees vary depending on a location and plant size.
