How often do you visit?

When do visits happen?

Weekdays between 9am and 5pm. An 8am start is possible on request. We do not visit in the evening or on weekends.

For most office environments, bi-weekly visits provide optimal care. Our technicians find that comprehensive bi-weekly service prevents overwatering while maintaining consistent plant health, and it offers better value than weekly visits.

Do you replace plants that decline under your care?

Yes. Plants you buy from us and we care for from day one are replaced at no extra cost if they decline. We handle sourcing, delivery, and installation of the replacement. Plants we take over from another company are not covered by the free replacement guarantee. If one fails, we quote you a replacement at a discount.

Is there a contract? Can we cancel?

Yes, a simple one. Service starts with a six-month term and renews every six months. To stop, tell us in writing 30 days before the term ends. If we ever fall short, tell us: we get 10 business days to fix it, and if we don't, you can leave. Service is billed quarterly, and you own your plants and planters.

What if a plant looks sick?

Tell us between visits and we will look at it. Most problems are light, water or pests, and we treat them on the spot. If a plant you bought from us cannot be saved, we replace it at no extra cost.

Can you take over maintenance from our current vendor?

Yes, and we do it regularly. About a third of our Manhattan clients came to us from another provider. We start with a same-week plant health audit (no charge) to assess what is salvageable and what needs replacing. We then handle the full transition: updating your building's vendor portal, filing new COIs with property management, scheduling our first bi-weekly visit to overlap with your current vendor's last one so there is zero gap in care. Most switchovers are fully transitioned within two weeks. Plants we take over from another company are not covered by the free replacement guarantee. If one fails, we quote you a replacement at a discount.

What if we need service between scheduled visits?

Contact your account manager by email or phone. We respond within 24 hours and can schedule an interim visit if needed.

Do you offer maintenance without installation?

Yes. Maintenance-only plans are available for offices that already have plants. Many clients come to us specifically because they need better ongoing care for an existing installation.

What does a typical maintenance visit include?

Each bi-weekly visit covers watering calibrated to each plant's needs, pruning and shaping, leaf cleaning, pest and disease inspection, seasonal feeding, and proactive replacement recommendations. Your technician logs any issues and adjusts the care plan as your plants and seasons change.
