What does your office plant service include?

We offer end-to-end service: consultation, custom design, plant sourcing, professional installation, and optional bi-weekly maintenance. You can hire us for installation only, maintenance only, or the full package.

How do you handle building access and logistics?

We manage COIs, loading dock scheduling, freight elevator reservations, and security check-ins. We are already credentialed at many major Manhattan buildings.

Can you work with low-light office environments?

Yes. Most Manhattan offices have limited natural light, and we specialize in selecting species that thrive in those conditions: ZZ plants, pothos, snake plants, and others proven to perform in low-light interiors.

What size offices do you work with?

Everything from boutique suites to multi-floor corporate headquarters. We right-size the plant selection and service cadence to fit your footprint and budget.

How soon can you start after we approve the proposal?

Most installations happen one to two weeks after approval. Larger projects may take two to three weeks. We confirm a firm date during the proposal stage.

Do you offer indoor plant rental or leasing?

No, we do not offer plant rental or leasing. Our clients buy and own their plants and planters, and we keep them healthy with bi-weekly maintenance. For most Manhattan offices this costs less over time than renting.

Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance for our building?

Yes. We carry $5 million in commercial liability coverage and provide COIs on request. We have provided documentation for buildings including One World Trade Center, the Empire State Building, and Rockefeller Center.
